Only a few places left, the countdown is on!



Just wanted to give you the heads up on what is happening with the The 10 Lesson Self Defense Program™

The current course is oversubscribed, correction, well oversubcribed, and still I have people on a daily basis requesting more information and registration forms.


So I guess you could say due to popular demand I am going to offer another 10 Lesson Self Defense Program™ on two more evenings a week.



This next intake of the 10 Lesson Self Defense Program™ will start on Monday 31st of October, yes I know its Halloween ... No more excusses, because there will never be an ideal time, those people waiting for the weather to get cooler, start when they feel a bit fitter or waiting for there hair to dry will simply miss out, or as the saying goes "if you snooze you loose".



Those waiting to start after Christmas need to start now because the people on the current course are asking to do the SDTS modules with me in January, so this next 10 Lesson Self Defense Program™ that I am offering you right now is your ticket to the January class.

The Details:

The 10 Lesson Self Defense Program™ is designed to prepare you for the worst possible situations. Chances are your assailant will be armed, have intent to harm you and have accomplices. He picks the time and the place. This program takes all the combat-effective methods of the martial arts and condenses them in a program that can be learned easily and applied to any situation imaginable. You will learn how to use only a handful of selected, high impact, techniques with the proper strategy and attitude to ensure your safety. Upon completion of the program you will have all the tools you need to survive.


And you don’t have to be in awesome shape, incredibly strong or an elite athlete to do it. All you need is the will to survive.
