As we move into the final months of the year I just want to let you know about a few important things going on.
In addition to our own end of year gradings some of the academy students will have the chance to taste combat competition for the first time in December, more details nearer the time will be published here very soon.
Now quickly moving onto every students favourite question “When do I get my next belt?” We have gradings scheduled in for early December 2011 and late February 2012.
However please make sure you have the required number of lessons from your last grading to qualify.
Students going for Red, Yellow & Orange belt need to have had 10 or more lessons in this current term to qualify...
… Students going for Green, Blue & Purple Belt need to have attended a minimum of 12 lessons from since there last grading.
Students going for Brown belt need to have taken a minimum of 15 lessons since there last grading
Well there is still a lot of training to do between now and the end of term.
Please, Please, Please don't miss this event on Friday 11th November @ KO Gym in Dubai Marina, come along and see both Boxing & Kick Boxing as some of the next generation step into the ring for the very first time, doors open at 4pm and there is a small admission charge of AED 50/-. please come along and show your support for this great family day, maybe together we will witness some of these young fighters moving onto bigger and better competitions in the future.
