Kung Fu

There is no doubt that Kung Fu or Gung Fu became very popular outside of China in the early 70s from the Bruce Lee movies.

However most of the Kung Fu films in those days were given an X rated certificate. Today the film industry has found new stars to promote the martial art that appeal to a much younger audience.

If you look back further than those films from the early 1970s you will find this Chinese martial art goes back thousands of years to the Shaolin temples and practiced as a way of life.

Today many styles of Kung Fu are popular all over the world, Lau Gar & Wing Chung are two of the most common styles taught outside China.
