Forward thinking Pegasus Realty are a company who realize that their biggest assets’ are their people! who took time out this week from working in the business to working “ON” the business by investing some quality time by attending their in-house Sales Drive Workshop.
The content of the workshop were focused on working smarter, not harder! Using effective communication techniques, listening skills, and focusing on exceeding customer’s expectations using Experiential learning skills via role play activities.
Mr. Hatim Dadabhai added, that our sales team can make the difference between success and failure, so it is essential to ensure that the right people are in the right jobs. Good sales people have many skills, effectiveness at negotiating, persuading, listening and presenting but also a hunger for work and a relentless enthusiasm & we are taking long term initiatives & committing to developing our people!
The workshop was organized for Pegasus Realty by Adnan Butt (Corporate Training Head) at the Baisan Institute of Hospitality Management and workshop conducted by Dubai based training & development specialist, Mr. Steve Drake. The program was conducted at the Seef Residence and attended by all Sales advisors along with Mr. Hatim Dadabhai & Mr. Aziz Mithawala.
