SECURITY PRACTITIONER

Nottinghamshire Company offers the Complete Training Package

The Security Industry Authority (SIA) requires you to hold a valid security license when working in the private security industry. Magpie Security Ltd can offer the complete package in security training including the: Level 2 Award for Working as a Door Supervisor within the Private Security Industry.

Although the title clearly states ‘Door Supervisor’ it can be a little bit misleading, it does not mean you have to stand on a Licensed Premises.

This qualification offers much more, that very same license can open up opportunities in many other security related roles for both male and females aged 18 and over.

“Just finished my S.I.A course with Magpie Security Ltd, I’ve been on a lot of courses but this one was such a positive experience I learned far more than I ever imagined. The tutor is such a great guy a very experienced man within the private security industry, I would 100% recommend Magpie to do your training. There's not just S.I.A courses they offer Health & safety, first Aid including Team Building and Personal Awareness. I've just paid £190 for a lot of knowledge and a great experience including self-defence which was included in the course. Absolutely great experience and great course and great tutor thanks again magpie security” Nicky Wood.
PS just booked my CCTV Training course.

If you are over the age of 18 and considering a career in the private security industry or looking to be re-trained after a recent redundancy can now get qualified by completing the required security practitioner training course.

Successful graduates can offer their employers the complete package ready to work in much more than just door supervision.
We work with the Security Industry Authority to raise standards of professionism of professionalism and to make security a career destination of choice.

We provide access to security training and security qualifications, for people wanting to be employed in private security roles such as Concierge, Construction Sites, Event Steward, Door Supervisor, Dog Handler, Mobile Response, Railway Industry to name but a few.

SECURITY PRACTITIONER > SECURITY GRADUTE > SECURITY EXPERT

The Security Industry is not only a "secure" career choice, but this job market is thriving in today's economy!

“Increasing business investment, new build housing construction, and rising crime rates are all leading to market growth. The largest industry sector CCTV will continue to drive market growth as take-up of IP systems gathers pace. Access control is benefiting from demand for innovative multi-functional biometric devices, with manufacturers investing in new technology and strategic partnerships to compete with companies in the technology sector. Demand for alarms is, however, slowing from 2015 as customers demand more integrated and interconnected devices.”
“While London continues to generate the greatest demand for serviced offices, the Midlands and north are key growth areas to watch. Both these regions are benefiting from strong business start-up rates, increased investment, and government policy emphasis. Serviced office providers that are looking to expand will find positive development opportunities in the Midlands and northern regions.” Source Mintel.

There’s demand for trained security personnel in every populated area within the UK, in fact there has never been a better time to consider a career in the security sector.
