UPDATE:
Most of you already know that in August I dislocated my right shoulder (again), For those that did not know I won't bore you with the detail other than to let everyone know that having seen the Doctor and the Specialist and had the MRI scan. It is looking like I could avoid an operation thanks to my visits to the physio twice a week over the last ten weeks, I am not out of the woods just yet but Doc said, 'might' be able to go in a week, maybe two.
