Shaheen Shams-Abadi (Pictured Above) is a long time practitioner in Kyokushin Karate and lives in Ras Al Khaimah.
Twice a week over the last two months Shaheen got into his car and travelled for two hours to train with me in the self defense training system, and then he gets in his car for another two hours to go back home again.
Today after he received his well deserved completion certificate he said that this is not the end, this was only the beginning of our training together.
As a long time instructor I have to say that students like Shaheen are very few and far between, and I would rather train with one person who is committed to learning the SDTS than 10 people who are only just interested.
