
Combat + is a cardiovascular workout program for both men & women that involves using traditional movements from Mixed Martial Arts that helps you Burn Fat – Real Fast.
There are seven levels within the program: Entry, Novice, Intermediate, Advanced, Contender, Champion and Legend. Each level builds on the other. However each participant controls his or her own level of intensity.
Combat + involves active contact using focus mitts and striking shields and is designed to help people perform a total body exercise with efficient use of time and has also been known to provide valuable self defence skills, boost confidence and self esteem, relieve stress, increase energy levels, and most of all these simple moves add up to a real awesome workout that is both fun to do and burns off hundreds and hundreds of calories an hour.
